Telling the Immigrant Story - Madera Coalition for Community Justice
This grant allowed Madera youth to learn filmmaking skills while compiling video portraits of 12 immigrant families. These video stories will be part of a community-wide story telling forum to build inter-generational connections and increase respect for cultural heritage. The mission of the Madera Coalition for Community Justice is to educate and assist residents of Madera County.
