$1 Million Micro-Lending Partnership Unveiled

WHO: The Fresno Regional Foundation (FRF), Wells Fargo and Valley Small Business Development Corporation have collaborated to make $1 million in loans available to local businesses and Central Valley entrepreneurs.

WHAT: The partnership, which will make possible $1 million for micro-loans available to local businesses unable to secure conventional financing, will be detailed in a news conference. The micro-loans will help hardworking entrepreneurs in the Central Valley to weather a difficult economic climate. By helping businesses, jobs will be saved and the Central Valley’s economic climate will improve. This revolving loan program will be available for 10 years and offer financing of $5,000 to $100,000.
