Power of endowment

With Fresno Regional Foundation, you can support our community forever with a permanent endowment. Endowments allow individuals, families, organizations and business to assure lasting impact through preservation of principal and only granting funding of earned interest and dividends.

One gift, many generations

Consider how an endowed gift grows. A $100,000 gift today will be worth more than $250,000 15 years from now: $158,000 in assets and $100,000 in grants. In 25 years, grants will total more than $200,000. And by year 50, your fund will be worth more than $1 million: $455,000 in assets and cumulative grants of $627,000. That’s a philanthropic rate of return of nearly 1000% in grants and growth. This example assumes a 5% annual payout and an 8.5% rate of return.

Your gifts, your legacy

By endowing your gifts today, you can make a difference in our community during your lifetime and provide a gift that lasts forever. We’ll make grants in the name of your fund forever. We’ll always honor your charitable wishes, even if an organization receiving grants ceases to exist in the future.
