Providing Opportunities
Sisterhood of Survivors is one of several start-up community projects that have asked Fresno Regional Foundation to be their fiscal agent. The Foundation accepts tax-deductible donations on behalf of the Sisterhood of Survivors and performs the due-diligence and accounting services to insure that disbursements from the group's fund are used to advance its mission. Sisterhood of Survivors works to support newly diagnosed breast cancer patients and survivors, deliver totes to trecently diagnosed patients, and provide survivors the opportunity to reach out to others just beginning their treatment.
