Profile numbers are assigned by the foundation and are unique to your organization. This is a number that we use internally to track CBOs. If you have ever had contact with the foundation, you may already have a profile number on file with us.
If you are unsure of your profile number, please leave it blank and we will fill it in for you when we approve your Organization Profile Form (OPF) for the calendar year. While a profile number is not required to submit your OPF, it is required before you submit your grant application.
